As some of you know, I just got a new bike from Masherz. (Just north of North Salt Lake's Foxboro subdivision on Redwood Rd) and I'm very pleased with the level of service I received from everyone I encountered at this business. I can't say I've ever been treated poorly at any bike shop, but Brian Pettingill listened attentively as I explained what I thought I was looking for, made a couple suggestions and gave me a more-than-fair discount for a 2013 version of the one I liked the best. I also learned that when you purchase a bicycle from Masherz, they throw in a year's service. Very cool!
