While screening property in Rose Park for a client today, I became hungry. (For some reason this tends to happen, without any real notice, whenever I smell Mexican food!) Tracking the source like my bloodhound's nose enables, I came to Rose Park Chubby's. 

The first thing I noticed was the line to get in and it was only 11:30 AM. Once inside, I was delighted to find an exceptionally clean and comfortable dining room, very friendly with a "regulars" feel. The food was unassuming home style Mexican and the prices were a pleasant surprise, the service quick and personal.
